The Skin Clinic Peregian Beach

I've been going here for quite a few years now, and had great experiences with Dr Simpson every time. He makes you feel very comfortable, whilst providing a thoroughly professional skin examination in a clean/modern medical environment. I've had a few items picked up and subsequently addressed which was a trouble-free experience. Access with parking (or public transport, i.e. bus) is super easy. It's not surprising that more and more of my friends are taking advantage of this great service. I would not hesitate to recommend!

My family and I have been regular patients for many years and I would highly recommend Dr Simpson, nurse Allison and their team. I have always found them to be extremely professional, courteous, punctual and friendly. The clinic is modern and meticulously maintained. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We have attended this clinic since it opened for skin checks, consultations and surgical excision of skin cancer. We have always found the clinic staff to be professional, friendly and punctual. We highly recommend them and feel that locals are very fortunate to be able to visit a surgery with such experienced professionals.

My husband and I have attended regular skin checks at this practice since it’s opening and feel very happy and confident with the service provided. We feel safe in the knowledge that the practitioners at this clinic are highly skilled and knowledgeable in skin cancer recognition and treatments.

I have never been spoken to so badly by anyone .....the girl on reception was incredibly short, incredibly rude and worst still very confident in being so rude, smiling all the while........I will never go back and I will never recommend them I couldn't possibly send someone I know to a place like that... good luck with running a business like that.

And actually it is really sad to see a young girl treating people in that way....very sad

Unfortunately I feel your response insinuates that this did not happen … there was no way our conversation could have been ‘heard through walls’ as I am very well mannered and wouldn’t respond in any other way but with manners ……an apology and an assurance that it is not usual behaviour for your staff to treat people this way would have been a more appropriate response.

Your responses are sounding ridiculous please stop it is highly unethical untrue and unprofessional

Told to arrive 10 mins early for my 830am appointment, arrived at 820am and no one was there until doors opened at 835am. Dr walks in at 850am, telling the receptionist she forgot and had a few too many the night before. Didnt even get a 'sorry for the wait'. Wont be going here again.
