Fix Factory Mobile & Tablet Repairs

I’m from out of town & dropped an IPad off with a completely smashed screen about 10:00am. Was notified by text it was ready to pick up at 1:40pm with new screen & protector. Communication was open friendly & knowledgeable with the price reasonable. Great service, well done, & thank you. All working great

Broken iPad screen sunday. Contacted Fix it factory Monday, dropped off Tuesday, fixed by Wednesday. Really happy with the quick turnaround and open communication.

It was hard to find a repair shop who could fix my Motorola screen. Got lucky with fix factory, Rockhampton. Service was excellent and good pricing. Would recommend anyone who has a mobile to fix.

The service I received from all 3 staff I dealt with was great. My repairs were completed at the time I was given And I am very happy with my new screen.
