Great service. Went in to purchase a reverse cycle aircon. Was met with a knowledgeable salesman and ensured I got the correct product for the size of the room being cooled. Matched a price on another unit and organised installation.

The staff we delt with were very helpful. Chloe in furniture and Chrissie and her son in law (to be, I think) in appliances and TVs. The best and most friendly service I've ever experienced. The photos are of some of the items we brought.

Great deal on microwave, good service and salesman was very professional. They arranged for recycling of my old microwave. Can't ask for anything more than that

This is one of the best place to buy home appliance and tech stuff in Rockhampton. Recently I had to return the Chromecast due to having no use for it. Story short, they were very friendly and professional about my circumstance. The staff members are always easy to talk with and they'll let you browse the place in peace, greeting you from time to time and not treating you like some kind of thief.

We bought our washing machine here as well. All in all, excellent and i hope they keep up their good work!

Huge shout out to Beau and his team at Harvey Norman Rockhampton. We recently held three fundraiser BBQ's to raise money for our U/16 Softball rep team that is about to compete in the State Championships.Not only did Harvey Norman allow us to hold our fundraising BBQ at the front of their store but they also donated all of the sausages and bread to our fundraising efforts.
I can't speak highly enough of this team and their enthusiasm to give back to the little clubs in our community, I would recommend anyone looking to host a fundraising event to contact Harvey Norman Bedding in Rockhampton, they are amazing

Very impressive delivery of my new fridge. The way these two very smart and professional gentleman impressed me with the way they talked to each other as they were carrying and safely positioning my new lovely fridge. Big shout out and thanks to the tech/phone person who helped my father pair his phone he brought there mid last year to his laptop again. It was hard for me to do over the phone with him as I cannot see the screen but the guys were happy to help out again, that's some outstanding after sales care right there!

We ordered two leather electric armchairs. They required being made. After the many expected weeks, Kerry, the friendly & extremely helpful Harvey Norman assistant from the furniture department with whom we dealt, rang to confirm their arrival.They are gorgeous, exactly as we expected to fit in with our lounge decor! A professional service indeed!
