Just recently went to to this store for the first time. I was amazed by the variety. The staff were so friendly. I could have spent a lot longer going through the shirts. I've promised my wife I'll take her there next time we're in Rocky.

From my first comment on a new incoming product, to postage update the customer service received was second to none. When purchasing interstate and unable to view, try or collect items this kind of speed and service is truly appreciated! Keep up the great work, you have my recommendations.

The shop is well laid out with a very good range of western gear that certainly would be great for the city dwellers as well. The staff are all excellent to deal with.

My Husband & I have been customers for many years, we are from the Sunshine coast - we go to this business every 3 -4 months on our way through Rocky & Yeppoon, recently we brought a cool cowboy hat ( great selection Genuine USA )and belt and other items but a pen was over looked by us all, No problem to the Mavericks staff - they posted the pen to my home with a complementary Cap - above and beyond - great service - that's why we drive 20 kms of the Bruce to go there - Thanks again, highly recommended - Tanya & Kerry - Energy Hair Co - Noosa

Best experience ordering through Rocky Mavericks, I ordered the jeans on the Saturday and got a phone call first thing Monday morning, Wednesday Morning they were at my door step. Best service, and i even got a lovely card thanking me for my business... 10/10. will order again, and again!
