We had been looking for our "forever home" for almost a year when we stumbled on ELF Realty at Hatton Vale.
The young lady we dealt with was Taurie Brieshke. Well, what a difference she made to our search. This woman has her act together. She knew more about the properties she showed us than the owners. She really did her homework.
We had a wish list of features for the property and Taurie went out of her way to help us.
When we found THE home she was there, no messing about, no BS, and no attempt at the typical real estate agents tactics.
She is honest, hard working, for both the seller and the buyer.

The first 2 months our property was for sale we were having open homes most weekends with a few people coming through the week aswell.
After every inspection Jaimie stated that he will call us and let us know the outcome which hardly ever happened. We had to call him to find out any feedback.
As soon as the 3 months of exclusive agency was completed, we never heard from Jaime again for the next 2 months that it was on market for.
We ended up talking with Taurie for those 2 months and she was great. First thing on Monday after inspection on weekend we got a phonecall saying if we got an offer or not and any feedback she had received.
I wouldn't recommend Jaimie as your real estate agent. But Taurie was great.

Called weeks ago to get an appraisal done on my property ready to list for sale. Spoke to the sales guy on the phone and went over everything, gave him details of tenants etc. Was advised id hear back and that he would book an appointment.
After 3 weeks and another phone call that was never returned i went elsewhere..

Stuffed me around for weeks on a factory lease, only to have it offered to someone else local at the last minute. Didn't even bother to contact all my references which are all impecible... Never been stuffed around by anyone like this ever in my life other than Telstra.
