Hatton Vale Discount Drug Store

Always lovely customer service & they stock a wide range of helpful products. They always have on stock my sons medication which during the pandemic was hard to get. The store is organised, clean & tidy every time I visit. It's nice service when you can have a 1 on 1 conversation with the pharmacist & ask many questions about new medicines you have to take. 5 stars for staff at Hatton Vale.

It was a blessing to have a chemist in the neighbourhood but has changed over time with one particular older staff member nothing short of rude and hostile. I’ve experienced challenges with online ordering and keeping my prescriptions on file only for them to “go missing”. Please do better so that we can continue to shop local.

Actually really frustrated with this chemist, the online ordering system they use is one I've used for a long time and use with various other chemists and I've never had so many issues.
Ive tried to address this with them and how the app is supposed to work and they've shut me down and talked in circles based purely on their misunderstanding of the app and it's features.
Service staff has always been prompt and courteous but I use an online tool for accessibility reasons and the chemist repeatedly losing my families repeats and arguing with me about scripts having repeats against all evidence to the contrary, rather than owning their mistakes, doesn't make me want to return.

Discount Drug Stores Hatton Vale never again will I shop in your store. I had a prescription for two injections prior to my radiation cancer treatment. I was told by the pharmacist that he couldn't get it in, meanwhile one of your staff members was waffling on at me about wearing a mask. I drove down the road to Plainlands pharmacy and the pharmacist their was very helpful and able to order in for me. Seems Discount Drug Stores are more concerned about a virus that has had far too much hype, and couldn't care less about a cancer patient needing critical medicine to proceed with treatment 😡

Bad experience here, couldn't be bothered to try and sort a simple problem even after the Dr rang them. USELESS avoid...
