Canungra Valley Getaway

My family have enjoyed a wonderful reunion and holiday at this well appointed, relaxing, farm setting which accommodated seven of us easily. We loved the birdsong and creek sounds, plus the views of the picturesque gardens. Also impressed with the riverside gazebo + kayaks we could access by car. Highly recommended!

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay. The photos of the view do not do justice to how wonderful the view of the mountains are, the river (and the sound of the river that you can hear from the house). You can also see the river, the cows, the birds, trees, it is really beautiful and totally relaxing - that is if you stay longer than we did. Three nights was not enough to get the benefit of this huge old queenslander with wrap around deck, farm style kitchen, two wood fire heaters, gas heaters, numerious places to catch the sun and realise how lucky we are to live in such an amazing country.

We will definately be back, but for a week as we did not even visit the local town or the many wineries, prefering to just stay put, cuddle under the comfy doona, wonder down to the river and have a picnic - still so much more to see and do, Canungra and Canungra Valley Getaway have so much more that we still want to explore.

Highly, highly recommended, the accommodation, the setting is amazing and the price is sooo affordable for what is provided.

This beautiful home would be fantastic to visit with a family (or two) as kayaks are provided and children would love to swim and play in the river and maybe chat to the cows and the local friendly dog.

I could go on and on but don't want to oversell as I have every intention of returing and don't want Canungra Valley to be fully booked out!
