the quairadin nature reserve is made up of 527 hectares of vegetation on the outskirts of the town of quairdaing. It is traditional hunting and camping grounds of the local Noongar people. The area was also farmed and you can still see the old fences throughout the reserve . Market gardens and old walls of houses are also visible. The reserve has a huge rock called Nookaminnie Rock in the middle which is well worth the 6km return walk to climb .
