Tax matters, but clearly customer service doesn't. Passively Rude staff member at reception, accountant not much better, acted like I was wasting his time with such a basic tax return, had to keep prompting to get any general questions answered, that of which he would barely elaborate. 5 mins, $120 bucks - waste of time traveling all the way to Fitzroy, I won't be back!

Hopeless. I went to do a BAS statement as I'd never done one before. They thought it was pretty funny. They also thought it was pretty funny that I don't earn much money. They did a really basic job of it and made me pay ATO $500. I recently did my return with my regular accountant and she said I should have paid nothing and got a $90 refund.
They charged $170 which seemed a lot for a ten minute job. Finally I asked for a receipt. They didn't seem to understand, so I explained; a tax receipt for accountant services, totalling $170.
The guy sat down at his PC and generated a receipt from scratch using Word. An accountant that doesn't do tax receipts!!

Incompetent, did not set up company details as per instructed. Rude service, no calls returned... These guys charge alot for there service more then what other accountants are charging. And they do not deliver, and do not know how to run a business, let alone your tax. Be aware and be careful when dealing with them.
