Tyrepower Newman

I purchased 5 all terrain tyres from here. It turned out the tech damaged the valve stem and tyre pressure sensor on the first tyre changed after I dropped into Tyrepower Katherine to check it out. They replaced the stem without charging me, and Tyrepower WA (Steve) later organised to refund me the cost of the stem and sensor. Really impressed with this franchise, and how all the moving parts worked together to sort out the issue independent of location.

Excellent service. Needed two new tyres for our camper trailer. No appt, but they went out of their way to show us some tyre profiles and fitted them very quickly. Amazing client focus.

Housed in the dustiest part of Newman Tyrepower handles all your tyre requests and can get your specific tyres into stock very quickly. Very friendly staff, Gladys is a gem.

Excellent help, great customer service. Made up a spare to get me through the weekend and back on the road.

Even though they weren't able to help out as the replacement tyre had issues, they pulled some strings and sent me elsewhere who had the stock which is the decent local service I had in my travels.
