Husband and I were in the Adelaide Hills for the weekend and went and did the Saturday morning circuit class! Fun, challenging, great trainers and owners! Highly recommend!

I have been attending Evofit 4-5 times a week for the past 2 years. I previously hated exercise and couldn't find a place where I felt accepted to workout. I often feel judged when going to a 24 hour gym and I feel terrible about my body image when I go to them. At Evo, Kristy (owner) has nurtured a culture of fun and acceptance. I love the group classes, other clients and the trainers. I have been encouraged to work on my fitness rather than just my weight. I feel strong and can see my progress even though I still have far to go, I look forward to going each day. When I first started going I couldn't do a push up or deadlift more than 40kgs. Now I can do push ups (mainly on my knees but at least 5 on my feet) and my last deadlift one rep max was nearly 110kg. The classes are well thought out and concentrate on many different areas such as cardio, strength, agility and flexibility. It also comes at such a good price for the level of expert knowledge we receive. I think this is a good place for many people beginners and gym junkies alike and even if you don't love it as much as I do there are some amazing people to meet there.

I cannot speak highly enough of Evofit. The trainers are so supportive and friendly, the classes are varied and enjoyable and it's a great environment to workout.

I've never experienced the level of support and encouragement that I'm getting here at Evofit. I'm here for life!

The trainers welcomed me in and let me try a session to see if I was happy. I was very impressed with the facilities and the group session was a great first experience! Also very impressed with the membership rates.
