Changed my review from 1 to 5 as bank did accept their mistake and paid me the loss occurred and apologised.

I needed to cancel my credit card and I get a new one because a merchant was appearing my card that I couldn’t recognise. The bank teller didn’t cancel my old card and instead went to my phone with little respect to privacy and started playing around and subscribed me to some apple services cost 50$ as he thought something was wrong with my apple settings but clearly he didn’t know how to work with my phone. Then he said sorry, I am not sure. Send an email to Apple and ask them to fix what he did.

Visited there couple of months bank to talk about our home loan. We were completely zero on our knowledge as it was our first home buying plan. Mr. Don Joseph, the home lending manager, such an amazing guy helped us to learn from the scratch. He explained each and every aspects and options and we got wondered , how someone can be this much polite and helpful. Since then he gave advice for every moment and still I am confused what title is suit for him, “ an advisor, loan agent , real estate professional etc.....he got that much talent and knowledge in every field.

Today was the settlement of our home and I am so happy and I believe it would be a nightmare without him. I am tired, sleepy, but still sparing some time to write this review, because I don’t have any other way to express my feelings. Such a great guy and I would highly recommend for those who is seeking any help for the home loans. If you are a starter, you can realise how helpful he is , and if you are in the market already, you can feel how knowledgeable he is...

The staff in this branch are hardworking and courteous. It is a very busy branch as most of the branches in neighbouring suburbs have closed. As such, there is usually a wait for a service a query to be answered. When queries are addressed, information is comprehensive, accurate, and delivered with a smile.

Crikey. You can only hope that you never have to go into a branch ever again. Ever!
To top it off someone behind me went to Hawthorn, given wrong information, lined up again for 20 mins and they said they couldn’t help. Man!

Talk about worst customer service. Always an hour plus wait at this branch as there are limited staff with no new tech to help them process customer requests quickly.
Had to come in to verify my identity and waited an hour… at other bank branches it’s literally walk in and have it done by someone young and welcoming.

Right now there are 10 people waiting around for 1 teller, 1 advisor and 1 person who does everything else.

This Branch was extremely under-resourced on the day I attended, closing early at 11AM for one hour so that staff could have an early lunch before the lunchtime rush. I went back 2 weeks later after booking a meeting (confirmed in my Netbank App) to discuss a new account. After arriving, the manager told me she had no record of an appointment. She took me to a pod and then reached across the desk to literally snatch the paperwork I had with me. The absolute height of rudeness! She could not find any records about the information I'd handed over 2 weeks earlier. Her responses to my questions were very negative and unhelpful. Took my business elsewhere and experienced very professional customer service and assistance.
