Matthew (who worked 15:00-16:00 on 14 Aug) was very helpful and kind. He was absolutely professional. He knew what to do. Although I don’t want to be a person who judges his entire work and I believe that he should not be rated by the customers but what I could tell was, he must be a very valuble asset of BOQ. Easygoing, responsible and pro. I wish I could give him 10 stars out of 5. I have not met or known him before. I just thought he deserves it.

I want to thank and recognise Jamie for his exceptional service refinancing our home loan to Bank of Queensland.

Exceptional not just because he's been knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and incredible quick and responsive throughout the process but because he went above and beyond on multiple occasions!

He literally came down to our place in Prahran to collect our paper work one day when we couldn't make it to the branch, he's very patiently talked us through the paperwork and he's continued to help us after settlement to ensure our internet banking and repayments are all set-up correctly.

To have Jamie on the phone or email (rather than a call centre or a chat bot) has been really brilliant and we're very grateful to him for all his help.

I highly recommend Jamie and the BOQ.

Very poor communication. The franchisee wasted my time, and there was never any follow-up regarding my loan application.

Rude staff and terrible service.
Don't work in customer service if you're going to have an attitude towards customers and your own team members
