What a lovely experience at this bank. Came with my son to open an account. Very helpful polite attentive customer service. Constantly checking to see if needs met or not. 5 stars for the staff at this branch!

Super friendly and helpful. Spacious room and not crowded at all. Walk in and documents are ready super fast! Definitely the best experience among those ANZ branches in city.

Always very professional staff although I never booked business banking appointment. The female Chinese staff at the entrance is not the best and is very unwelcoming though.

Two out of three Smart ATMs temporarily out of service which is bad, and seems to happen all too often judging by other reviews. However, the service we received was friendly and prompt so can’t fault that and it’s why I have given 3 stars.
