Besides the obvious price advantages due to the buying power Chemist Warehouse has in my years of various warehouse outlets in different towns... Innisfail has the most professional and hard working management and staff not, only within the Chemist Warehouse family but anywhere...

Why can't I get the same organised efficient and reliable service EVERYWHERE...

Its because management and staff are passionately driven to provide the best customer service experience possible, even on their lunch breaks customers are first priority and as much as I like supporting small business, Innisfail Chemist Warehouse has the best prices but more importantly impeccable customer service from genuinely friendly and efficient staff...

Between Cairns and Brisbane (from experience at numerous other towns/outlets)
Innisfail chemist warehouse is the cleanest, most organised and professional and well staffed outlet (I shop here every week) I have experienced.
It lacks that "cookie cutter" feeling as staff are friendly, helpful and remember your name. The prices are always excellent but the service at this store is unparalleled thanks to excellent management credit due in particular to Sheridan, Nelly and Jenny to name a few.

Clean store. Excellent prices and availability of a broad range of products. Friendly and personal customer service.
The Manager runs this store meticulously and all regular staff are terrific, unfortunately they can't be there ALL the time and it's only on occasion that fill-in staff provide less than adequate service, which can prove quite difficult and frustrating.
Thankfully this is an extremely rare situation.
