I bought my car from Suzuki Bundaberg. I just want to get my car serviced. Chris, the supposed maintenance manager, has refuses to take my calls for a simple service. Chris claims that he has sent me emails, which he has not. I don't want emails, I want my car serviced. Why is this so difficult? I just want my car serviced!! I apparently need to complain way up the chain from Chris, so I will, I am complaining to Suzuki Head Office.
