Store is hard to find. They sold me a product not in stock 😒. Refused to advise eta on delivery...(was over 8 weeks). Then - it arrived DOA. I returned it immediately and I am still waiting on any form of communication.. An apology or refund eta or phone call to acknowledge my existence... Zippo Be wary of paying for goods from the Caboolture store! I am out of pocket almost $500 and will likely have to deal with the fraud investigation team at Visa to get my money back. Bad bad bad.

Placed an order for an item in May this year that was indicated as "in stock" and have never received item. I Have repeatedly called, left messages and emailed but, in my experience, this company doesn't respond to emails, return calls or, more often than not, even answer their phone. My money has been taken with no goods supplied and and I'm now in the position of either having to pursue the matter through other avenues or, being a relatively small amount, write it off as a bad experience. Either way, I will never be doing business with this company again.
