Staff at this store attended my injured Mum today with kindness, care and professionalism. Their help is truly appreciated. She hurt herself before she entered the store and the staff helped her to stem the bleeding, disinfect the wound and apply a suitable sticky bandage to cover. Thankyou so much for helping my Mum. Gold stars for you all. Very much appreciated.

Went into Mitre10 to help a friend buy a bladeless fan. Fan was a great price but the service was even better.
Last one on the shelf, they opened the slightly damaged box to check it was in perfect condition. The temperature was in the mid 30's and we were all sweltering, and the guy in charge gave us all an icy cold Maximus sports drink. Was exactly what we all needed.

I've renovated my house using this store to buy nearly all my hardware supplies. All the products are great quality, and I've never had to return a product for subpar quality. Their plants don't die when you get them home, and their knowledge is genuine and correct! There is always a staff member around to ask for help!

The lovely Tanya from the paint store in Bundaberg was so kind, caring and helpful!! I phoned other stores and no one wanted to help. Tanya went out of her way for me, put my hard to find paint aside and her customer service skills were outstanding. Thank you for making my day !!

I went in to purchase some heavy garden supplies, which I knew I would struggle with. Turned out it was no problem at all - a lovely member of staff loaded it all on a trolley for me and even took it out and put it in my car. Whenever I've visited it's been the same - wonderful customer service delivered with a smile and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. Thanks again, Mitre 10!

Bought paint and supplies for our house. Was given helpful assistance with paint colour we wanted. Staff also asked if we had all the necessary supplies so we didn't need to do necessary trips back. Even helped us take the stuff to our car. Great work.

Yesterday I visited the store to get plants from the nursery section. I was greeted at the door by 2 staff members. As I walked through the store any staff member I passed gave me a cheery goodmorning. I purchased quite a few punnets of plants but couldn't find a basket or trolley. I approached a staff member he was very apologetic and helped me carry my goods to the checkout.
This kind of service leaves you feeling good and I will certainly go back.

I like this store very much, in the new mitre 10 rewards, I believe you get $0.03 for every dollar you spend, and the staff here I just wonderful. They are always very helpful, and me provide personalised discounts when reasonable.
Because of all of this is my place to shop.

Great service and friendly staff had all we need

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Shope os set out well, although the ramp can be a little difficult and time consuming to get up with a wheely walker and a dissability.Prices are reasonable a little dearer than bunnings in some items, but I can overlook that as I know I'm supporting locals. I would reccommend shopping here first before thinking of bunnings...

This particular Mitre 10 store surprised me with the quantity and variety of stock . The specials bins are right at the checkout for a quick squiz. Staff are more than helpful.

The staff a mitre ten are helpful and friendly at the most always willing to serve you not like Bunnings where you have to search for someone to get assistance with your needs. Great range and great prices on name brands you can trust.

Friendly staff, excellent range of products. But we were unable to get the round fluro tube due to stock delays and Covid 19. Otherwise great time shopping.

A big Bunnings store with so much to see. I always enjoy a Bunnings shop. Particularly more so now with the find a product app. Helpful staff too.

A little more expensive than I thought, but still a good place to visit and buy your diy stuff.
