Golding Wines

My partner and I recently had our wedding at Golding Wines and we couldn’t recommend it more highly. Right from the moment we first checked it out it was our favourite. The grounds are beautiful, the food and drinks are amazing and the service is even better.

Once we had a wedding date, Tori and the team at Golding Wines were super organised and supportive. It felt like we had a whole team behind us helping us coordinate our special day. There were regular check ins to make sure that we were on track.

Probably the best thing was that we were able to customise how we wanted our day to unravel. This included what drinks we wanted, what food we wanted served and it even allowed us to bring our dog up for the service. It was never a hassle for Tori and the team and it was super clear and outlined as to costings etc.

If you’re sitting on the fence about this venue, we 100% would have no hesitation recommending them.

Golding is absolutely stunning. The service was excellent, very well priced too.

We did a wine tasting (all were delicious) which came with a complementary small cheese & cracker assortment which all up came to $15. My partner and I did the hamper in the hills experience which was a lovely romantic picnic on their grassed area. The variety of asorted food that came with the hamper was fantastic.

Only thing I felt like could be improved, was the pizza (not that they were bad). I rated the about an 7.5/10 and my partner about a 8.5. Other then that food was delicious.

Absolutely perfect venue for a wedding, private function, or proposal

Will definitely be going back next special occasion.

Amazing wine. The cheese board was a great match with the wine tasting flights we had. Loved the little snacks to go with the wine. We also appreciated the wine introduction given by Mary the attendant.

One of the most beautiful wineries. Elegant and classy but warm and friendly. Staff make you feel welcome, regardless of your wine experience and tastes. As a wedding photographer I have shot weddings at a lot of venues and wineries around the state and Golding is one of the absolute best venues when it comes to photo locations and the quality of the food, wine and service. There are plenty of locations easily accessible on foot just a few minutes from the ceremony, for the more adventurous couples the option exists to hop in a car and do some exploring for some more exotic locations.

Whether it's vines, dirt roads, open fields or a lake you want, Golding has them all right there. And it's one of the few wineries that can hold a couple of hundred guests (or less than that with plenty of room to breath).

Adelaide Hills is so beautiful. Golding Wines nestles between grape vines and native bush land hills. Long white dirt coloured road leads you to the tasting room with tables with white tablecloths under a canopy of trees. Staff greet you with a smile and inviting conversation. We listen to the explanation of the different flights of wine on offer, red and white, with some bubbles. Selection made after selecting our table. Today being Tuesday was quiet at lunch time we did not make a reservation but might be an idea so as not to be disappointed. Staff very attentive, knowledgeable, and polite. Food is also available. We settled for a cheese plater with Fig paste. Very relaxed environment and sitting outside in March is comfortable with low volume light music playing in the back ground. There is a drop off area close to the main buiding for people with a disability or mobility issues. Slope from main carpark makes for an easy walk up. We will definitely be back. Try for yourselves.

My wife and I were married at Golding Wines over the weekend and were thrilled we chose this venue. Crystal, Tori and the team were on the ball from the beginning to end with organisation, taking so much of the stress out of the wedding day. They were friendly and fun to deal with and the venue itself was perfectly presented, the food was amazing and the whole atmosphere made it the best day of our lives. Thanks again!

This is a relaxing venue supported by great food and amazing wine.

The grounds are very well kept and ideal for families, there is plenty of space for kids to play. They have a great wedding setup out the back!

The restaurant is great and the pizza is tasty.

This is definitely one of our favourite Hills wineries!

This is a lovely winery with large grounds. The wine is tasty and popular. There is a lot of space to park and the winery can cater to big crowds. I would recommend doing some wine tasting here. My friends and I always enjoy ourselves when we visit. Thank you for having us.

We really enjoyed our delicious lunch at Golding's Ginko restaurant. We had bruschetta with garlic confit and oil, cured beetroot with salmon, peri peri chicken breast, coconut cake and a white chocolate panna cotta. Each dish had several well chosen and interesting ingredients that perfectly complemented each other. Great value for money food and wine in a delightful and creative winery environment.

This was a stunning place lots of space, greenery, vines, wine barrels...lovely setting for a casual lunch outside. Beautiful setting and great service highly recommend spending half a day just eating drinking relaxing inside or outside with a stroll amongst the gardens and more.

Wonderful cellar doors, friendly and attentive service. We had the light & bright as well as the wine and cheese tasting. Nabbed myself a bottle of The Local I’ve never tried a wine that tasted like grapefruit before! It was delicious :)

Beautiful establishment set in vineyards. A lovely relaxing atmosphere. The food was amazing, the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and everything was so clean. Definitely worth a visit.

Another great wine tasting. We had 5 premium wines which included vintage bubbles, a delicate Chardonnay in the modern style and a brace of Pinots. Great information about each wine was provided.
My favorite was the Marjorie vintage bubbles.
A nice touch was the provision of some tasty treats to enjoy with the tasting.

Golding Wines was our dream wedding venue and that dream came true. An absolutely stunning venue, amazing staff, delicious food and wine. Our guests loved every part of our day here and we cannot wait to come back again. Tori and Crystal made our day go so smoothly and were so easy to work with. Big love and big thanks to everyone.
