Very disappointing food is fantastic. But I won’t be back unless they change the payment option. Why on earth would I give my credit card details over a phone when doing a phone order 2 staff. So they can start cooking. I understand people have phoned & not shown up but get the phone number & ring back has anyone ever thought of that. Because that’s absolutely ridiculous that you are requesting payment before cooking if you got the phone number ring it to verify that it’s the person. I will not be giving my credit card details over a phone 2 these young staff that work here they could do anything with them details. Very unsafe & you shouldn’t be requesting customers to do this. A huge thumbs down. But thumbs up to the food.

Had THE BEST Steak burger, hold the bun!! Amazing service by the girls. We immediately decided to go for dinner as well! Thank you so much! It was so nice to go somewhere nice and clean with staff that care.

Got a family feast with battered Red Emperor and it was excellent. The batter is crispy and a tiny bit sweet -- similar texture to KFC batter TBH. Chips were delicious and staff know what "extra chicken salt" actually means...no skimping!

Fish was fresh and THICC -- like biting into a big ol' piece of sea chicken. Tartare sauce was good too; tangy, but that's how I prefer it anyways.

I'll definitely be going back. Great job, guys!

Sometimes the food delicious and fresh and crispy, but recently I have been noticing a change of staff and a lot of them are much younger than the experienced people. My food has been coming mushy and unevenly proportioned recently. But apart from the food mishap this little shop has everything you to offer

Worst take away food I have tasted, chips were cold

Got burgers and chips both absolutely sucked chips were mushy with pretty much no salt and the burgers had way to much vegetables on with a tiny patty compared to the bun, the patty tasted unseasoned and old

Ordered 2 burgers last Sunday, 1 steak, 1 chicken. Steak was so tough could not be eaten, chicken looked like it was a month old, could not be eaten. The worst burgers that we have ever been sold to us.

At first it was alright but after a couple of months of going there it rapidly deteriorated. Staff are rude and don’t listen and the food standards and hygiene has deteriorated.

4 times in a row from ordering here and we either had hair or bandaids in our food 🤢
