Unbelievably gr8 to deal with. Kurt was soo good as a sales guy ... really helpful and spent a lot of time with us, but we never felt pressured to purchase.
We traded up to a really 👍 2nd hand van.
And back at the camp-site at Moore Park we had a few probs and they sent someone out to sort out with an hour.
Best experience ever. !!!

Bought a van a year ago. Great experience. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices. Been back a few times for extras and help. Always had what I needed.

Two s/h vans in the last 5 years, what more can I say than if they didn't have excellent staff like Kurt, Rob, Bailey and all the others whose names I can't think of at the moment they won't have got 5 stars.

Sales staff were helpful and went above what we expected. When there was a warranty issue with our little van it was fixed promptly, and our van was returned as good as new. It was like we’d never had it out.

We came up from Brisbane because Jayco Bundaberg is the best. The staff are friendly and helpful, did a great job fixing our shower and the numerous other things we asked them to fix or look at. Hopefully nothing will go wrong with our caravan but if it does the only ones we trust are the staff at Jayco Bundaberg

Just had to say I purchased new SHOCKIES AND SPRINGS for my JAYCO ADVENTURER from the very friendly and helpful Shainess at BUNDABERG JAYCO recently she was ever so helpful and did a fantastic job of returning my calls and placing my order as she also had to have them sent to me in Brisbane. What a great asset she is to the spare parts team of JAYCO BUNDABERG THANK YOU KINDLY FOR MAKING SURE I GOT SUCH A LARGE ORDER OF PARTS FROM CAROL.

Congratulations Jayco Bundaberg on excellent service. We needed to replace house battery in our Jayco Conquest. Clint & the team were able fit us in at a days notice and took less than a couple of hours to complete the job. On returning to Bundaberg a few days later we had a problem with lights. The team were only too happy to again accommodate us so we could be on our way.

Excellent service! My wife and I were just looking as we are not ready to buy yet but Levi was still extremely helpful he answered all our questions and explained all features. Definitely recommend.
