Real life savers! I rang late last night they managed to get me in and treat me. The GP was very caring and did a great job. I will be recommending this clinic to everyone I know they really helped me!

The government changed the rules on what an after hour clinic can do. It's good for things like colds and the flu. Doctors certificates etc. Anything that needs a referral or is an ongoing illness is now only allowed for regular doctors. Frustrating I know but blame the government not the docs who's hands are tied.

Dr Shasikala Prahalapan was very thorough, professional and attentive to my health needs. I highly recommend her as a GP!

It's a good quick way to see a doc after hours, nothing fancy though.

Called to see a doctor for my daughter they answer the phone but wouldn allow me to come in basically a answer service to tell you to go too the hospital. The lady was rude an couldn't answer my questions what is the point of a after hours clinic.

We drove 47 mins from our place to our appointment only to be told that our appointment was for next day! Appointment was marked on my calendar and I specifically book on my days off and clearly our dr was sick so without even informing to us, they moved our appointment to next day! Now this is not professional. In addition to this I think they should employ person with better knowledge of what they are meant to be doing.

Be nice if you could get an appointment at this surgery. You ring first thing on sunday morning only to be told "we are fully booked until next week" WHY ARE YOU AN AFTER HOURS GP!?!?
No wonder why the EDs are at capacity, you can't get any appointments here regardless of when you ring them

My handbag was stolen which had my sons ventolin in it. His asthma was flaring up so we went here and asked if we could use some ventolin. Because I didn't have my medicare card they refused to see us. The doctor (who was sitting in her room with the door open, and scrolling through her phone) wouldn't even speak to us. My son was clearly having difficulty breathing. They made us leave and suggested the hospital. We just wanted some ventolin - the doctor just wanted money - which they can't get without the medicare card. I also couldn't pay for the appointment upfront as my bag was taken...that was my other option. Overall, disgusting behaviour from a supposed doctor.

I rang 64 times to make an appointment to no avail. I needed to see a doctor for a very sore throat. The 64th time I got an appointment. If I ring my usual GP I would have would have one in two minutes.

I do not call this acceptable service. I was then given antibiotics for my throat infection and the doctor I saw was the rudest doctor I have been to.

I will not use this practice again.

The website said opening hours are 1pm -10pm Saturdays, but we couldn't make an appointment for our young daughter with urine infection as they were closed. How is this helping our crowded emergency depaetments? I'd say this was urgent but not an emergency, but what choice did we have?

My husband went into this clinic tonight and presented with a bad infection in his leg, a recurring infection that can if not attended to could take his leg. He went back to this clinic because the last doctor told him "to come back if not better" so he did. He then proceeded to get berated by the doctor because he came back to this clinic ( and not follow up with his gp ), he did as he was told! He then told my husband that he was taking an appointment that was meant for someone "in pain", HE WAS that's why he went!!!! After hours is for those who cannot attend during normal business hours, when you work full time you can't have the luxury of taking time of for every doctors appointment, not to mention its a Friday and waiting until Monday is not an option with this kind of infection. I am getting so sick and tired of the medical system in general.

My wife went there with a broken finger. She rang ahead and booked an appointment. She had to take a day off work to get this appointment and once she got there she asked if she could get referral to get an xray to see whether it was broken or fractured. "We can't refer you to get an xray" and "your finger is sprained, you'll be fine" ... it was broken and these idiots just wasted our time. We rang ahead for this so they knew what we were after, then get told "we don't do that here"

I went there just to get a script for a symbicort for my asthma, and I was made to feel like I was trying to use it for the steroids it contains. The doctor was looking at me and shaking his head at me "a young man like you shouldn't be needing this, too many steroids aren't good for you" ...IT'S MY PREVENTATIVE!... I've used these all my life... what does this clinic even do?! All we've heard is "we can't do that here" or "go see your gp for that"... useless clinic. Don't recommend this place at all.

Absolutely disgusted! Take our 1 year old to be seen after days of excessive high temperature. Attitude from doctor was very much ‘well what do you want me to do about it’. Rude and disinterested, honestly the worst experience with a doctor i’ve ever had. Would avoid here at all costs.
