Machines are good. My only problem is with the change machine which very rarely works.

Would of left 4 stars but aircond no on am sweating up a storm great machines an dryers tho will use again

It used to be a go to but NOT ANYMORE, please drive 3 mins more (1.6km) and there’s a decent laundry at Highbury. Had worst experience last Sunday(8 May), the eftpos dryer no 4 is not working but WITHOUT any out of order sign and spent $10 in total on it all I get from the owner is “did you put too many in ?” How come after 1 hour in the dryer all my clothes still wet and cold?! And still not receive the refund and she’s not reply any message since.

I wish I could say this is a good Laundromat, but twice now I've walked there at 7:30am to do my laundry, and both times the doors were locked, despite it clearly saying 7am-9pm on the door, on the website, and everyone I've asked. This is unacceptable.
Even the smallest businesses realize that you must follow your advertised business hours. It's pretty basic. Otherwise, you get customers like me who have walked half an hour only to be faced with a locked door.
I won't be using this place again, and I'll be recommending to everyone I know to do the same.

The clothes did not smell clean like they normally do, green resedue on the inside glass of the $8 washing machine using my regular washing powder. The machine next to me, not my washing, had the same issue. Really disappointed

I am local to this area but i drive 10kn away to do my laundry.
Machines are not good quality n so are the dryers. Even after spending 28 mins of drying clothes were wet n soakd. Complains on no never had a caĺl back

Washing machine not working properly. Called the assistance number. "Not available". Left a message at 4.51pm to call me. It is now 5.59pm. Still have not bothered to call me. Will never go there again!!!
