Arrived in town with 2 batteries in my caravan that weren't doing what they should. I am on my way back to NSW. Liam did a great job of testing and explaining what was going on. Loaned me a battery to keep the van running while sorting things out. Very professional young man and a credit to the business with his knowledge. Thank you.

We had the most wonderful service today when my car battery needed replacing. The young man checked the battery first to make sure it was intact the battery that was on its way out. Then he gave us options of different batteries explain the difference and once we decided he fitted the new battery for us. It was a tricky job as the car has all this protective plastic around the motor and battery that needed removing before the young man could get the battery out and the new one back in. The young man was very professional and even though it was a tricky job he handled it well and got the job done. Very happy with the service. Thank you.

Had a Battery problem today, went down to the Bundaberg store & the guys put a new Battery in no fuss and gave me a great price. highly recommend.

I had a typical non mechanical minded "girl moment" which i was rather embarrassed about that led me to your store... long story short.. I know nothing about batteries.. NOTHING. .Till now haha.. Thanks Steve for explaining how things work and for not making me feel more a fool than i already did. You didn't have to, you could have just taken my money and been done with it.. but instead you made sure i had a good understanding of what i was buying. I will be back.. and I have learnt that i always should... LEAVE IT TO THE PROFESSIONALS HAHA !

This morning I took a battery in to them that was not working correctly and the staff were very helpful and replaced it with no issues at all

Don't bother with this business. First problem was with a battery that collapsed after 3 months. Overcharged for another battery to fit our work ute and the person fitting it had no idea what they were doing. That battery was just outside their warranty period. There are better businesses in town.
