Always made welcome. Excellent Service from all there. One of (unfortunately) diminishing old-style owner Dealerships but with up-to-the-minute knowledge. No impersonal Corporation ownership at Bundy HD. A Harley Dealership where you can actually see the owner working at his desk and meet and talk to him and get straight answers and help - Great!

I must say that the Bundy Harley Team have always been polite and helpful through my dealings with them. I'm on my second Harley now and have always had them servised at this dealership and found them to be honest and reliable. The Bundy HD dealership is a team of people who know their products and are happy to have a chat to ensure you get what you need. Third purchase from these guys and girl, I wouldn’t shop for HD anywhere else. Trades are realistic and the bikes available are outstanding. Servicing is never cheap but you get quality, experience and the feeling of security knowing your bike is running at its best and protecting your investment. I made an online purchase of a vest for my partner from Bundaberg Harley Davidson, for his birthday recently. He is a tall man, so he needs the length but not so much the torso. The delivery came in good time but was too big. I rang Lace at the store and she was so easy to talk to and helpful, the exchange for a smaller size was handled quickly and efficiently. She was only too happy to help. The new vest, in the right fit, was received within the week. I give Bundaberg Harley Davidson 100% rating, for their customer service. Katherine
