Jb Hi Fi Dubbo is the most complete tech store in Dubbo. If they don't have what you need they're always happy to get it in, the staff are always amazing, helpful and happy. This place is always a pleasure to frequent.

Marcelo was extremely helpful, pleasant and charismatic. He went above and beyond locating what I was after and provided style choices. . I would definitely visit Dubbo jb hi fi again if someone of the same calibre as Marcello served me.

A BIG shout out to the electronic phone section. My 80 yr old mum needed help and they delivered. Not once but twice with patience skill and care.

Excellent service from Mandy as we dropped in on our way through Dubbo to buy a back up phone, screen protector, cover, a power board and a travel plug. She was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Also gave us a good deal when we requested a discount after speaking with a Supervisor. Very efficient and professional. Thank you Mandy and JB Hifi.

Was served by a gentleman called Paul. Was extremely helpful and patient. Helped me setup my iphone se whilst he was serving customers. 10/10 customer service will definitely shop there and see Paul again for any electronics.

They have a great range of DVD's, and if they don't have it they can get it in for you. Also saw a great CD range with alternative musicians. Great service lovely to deal with. Lots of products homewares and digital. Have not shopped there for years, so I was impressed.

Awesome helpful and polite staff! Had an issue with the camera on my phone (dust in the lense, from factory) within 3 days of purchase. They exchanged it straight over with no issues. One of many good experiences there, thanks guys!

If you need anything, just go to jb Dubbo and ended up with buying cheapest in Australia. Bought an iPhone latest with a best price in Australia. Jb Dubbo team won’t return you like HN. Good customer service as you expect from jb across Australia. 👍

Mate, there is absolutely nothing this store doesnt have or do, full of ecstatic employees with knowledge of the way round the store. Prices are through the floor for the most part and the wide variety of products create a seemingly endless choice of products, I shop here regularly and suggest you do to great enviroment. P.S awesome stock for gamers ;)
