Great camping location for families where you’ll find the amenities routinely cleaned and functioning. Beach is a short walk or optional 4WDing on the beach past the main area.

This is much of a family caravan and camping venue so you should not expect entire quietness throughout the day. On the long weekends, you should book well ahead of time.

The power camping site was great. The place was clean. The people onsite are very friendly and easy to get around. The site bbq, toilets, and showers are great. The beach is walking distance and the shops are as well. Great fishing off the beach and plenty of water activities to do there.

We had an inaugural family gathering and it was amazing. The Premium Cabins around the pool were like 5 star hotel rooms. It is so close to the bay and ocean beaches for exploring on foot and in your 4wd. We have booked to come back next year.

Stayed in one of the newer Tiny Houses and it was perfect. Very clean with a comfy bed, nice linen and towels.
The house also had a Nespresso machine and some pods, a small provision of milk and some Timtams.
Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the tiny houses.

Such a great spot to getaway with young kids! We've been a couple of times staying in the cabins and have decided to make it an annual family holiday! Facilities are great and very clean. Staff are fantastic - very friendly and only too happy to help 😊

Great caravan park. We stayed in Tiny Home 4 and loved it. The only downside is it only has bar stools for seating and no sofa. Oh and a loft area we couldn't use. But we still liked it...and it was very clean.

Stayed there with my family, dog friendly, lots of different accommodation options, the pool is lovely, and the beach is literally a few minute walk. I liked the coffee truck in the mornings, the ice cream man at lunch time, and the bbqs available for dinner.

One of the best campgrounds we have stayed at on our trip around Australia. Close to Mt Yacaaba, both pristine beaches and bush are at your doorstep. Large sites for vans and tents. Plenty of shade, green grass and lush gardens. Even though work was being done in a small section of the park the noise was minimal and we barely heard it, the workers were doing an amazing job. The park has changed since coming here 2 years ago with the introduction of tiny homes and apartment style accommodation. There is still plenty of camping and van sites. We camped here mid week on Friday night the camp was a lot busier. Great facilities such as the amenities and camp kitchen clean and very well maintained. Supermarkets, cafes and a ferry service to Nelson’s Bay close by.

Staff were amazing, great spot close to the beach and bay. Pricing was steep for a non slab site. Understand it was school holidays though. Suggest you get a site not under a tree unless you want the things covered in bird poo when they roost each night. Was very noisy of a morning, again, school holidays and city people not taking responsibility of their kids. But you get that in caravan parks. Poor staff had fun trying to keep amenities clean from previous wet weather. We had a fantastic weekend with about 25 friends regardless. Will definitely be back. More than deserves a 5 star rating based on location & staff alone.

Disclosure: vendor to Reflection's marketing team at time of trip. Review remarks are my own though.

Long weekend family trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in a Superior Villa. Felt fancier than home, with a real sense of community as kids rode bicycles and trikes (all hire-able) around the park, relax by the communal pool (with 3 distinct depths for babies and adults alike). Literal 3 minute walk to Jimmys Beach. Longer drive (40-50min) around to Port Stephens though, but that's inherent in the location.

The team on-site were responsive when we called ahead about arriving late for keys pickup; not an issue. Your keys get put in a locked safe accessible outside and code is texted to you.

When you're here, make a hot cup of chocolate or tea in the evening and listen to the sounds of nature and distant trees rustling. Don't get me started on how clear the night sky is compared to Sydney.

Only minor downside was that the villas and cabins tend to block out wifi signals so you'll need to go outside for calls or browsing. Not necessarily a negative if you're coming here to unwind and have a digital detox.

It’s so peaceful and quiet. There is some work taking place to build new cabins at the moment however there was little to no noise coming from this area.

We stayed in a 6 person cabin which was very clean and well maintained. Lots of space and good amenities. The wifi is almost non existent and the phone reception (Optus) was poor however, you’re on holiday - and checking out of social media is a good thing.

The beach is a short two minute walk away and we mostly had the entire beach to ourselves.

Great stay, and look forward to going back

Loved jimmys beach & the tiny house I booked into. But on the only day I was there the power was cut from 8.30 am till 4.30 pm. Couldn't shower have beakfast. I should of been told before I arrived as I would've booked another day. My 20 yr old fur baby had just passed away and needed so time away. Very disappointing

My friend and I only went to the beach although we did speak to the staff in the shop/office. They were so friendly and helpful that we decided to stay overnight at another time and take our families. Such a great location.

Jimmys beach reflections is an awesome camp spot and holiday park. It’s so close to both beaches, very chilled and very clean amenities. Loved staying here for a few nights. So close to Sydney and the beaches are like something you’d find north coast nsw and Queensland. Highly recommend

Very good camping spot, right between Jimmy's beach and Bennett beach. Good facilities, but it could have a few more common bathrooms and showers. Good price is reasonable as well. Cool that they have water taps everywhere on the non powered sites. I would love to come back again.

Great park for kids and adults. Cabins and villas are new and clean. Have swimming pool and playground for kids. You have a coffer truck in the morning at the reception area. Highly recommended this place.
