JB Hi-Fi Tweed City

The staff here are fantastic. Always happy to help. I recently had a Garmin watch replaced under warranty they were extremely helpful through the entire process.

I've always found the customer service at this store to be great. Even when I recently sought assistance with a computer fault just outside of manufacturer warranty. Staff were very helpful, understanding and aware of my consumer rights, sending it off for repair per JBs warranty T&Cs.

Hi was in there today and Simon in TV’s was extremely helpful. He went out his way for us to be satisfied customers. He is a keeper and should be recognised for his excellent customer service. Thanks Simon,, Anne & Craig.

Great place to shop good prices and very friendly and super helpful staff.
I bought a new phone and the lady who helped me did everything to get me set up and back online I will definitely be back.
Massive range of electronic equipment and easy to find in Tweed City shopping centre.

Served today by a wonderful staff member, I didnt catch his name but it was his first day (on the floor maybe?). Very busy instore, he apologised for the wait in getting to me (which was very prompt anyway), I couldnt find what I was looking for on the shelves so he ran out the back to grab my item, and he put both my items through for me at a kiosk. Was a great experience in the Christmas rush! Great first day Sir!

Christian in the mobile phone department deserves a raise, he delayed his lunch to help us, was extremely knowledgeable about the products and did the best he could on prices for the phones we bought as well as accessories. Apart from a raise, he deserves a box of chocolates :-) Thanks Christian.

I was returning a mega boom speaker and was helped greatly by a young woman at the cashier, who directed me to the speaker section where a lovely young fella helped me make my decision. The whole experience was a pleasure and the staff who helped me were relaxed and exceptional

This is one of the best JB Hi-Fi stores I've been in to. It normally has and maybe a little extra everything you would expect at a JB Hi-Fi store. Heaps of mobile phones laptops computers TVs and heaps of other stuff that you would normally want to buy at an electrical store.

They had everything i needed, internet reception very bad inside store, needed to go outside to compare prices, staff go the extra mile

I would like to congratulate the amazing service of one of your employees. A shinny tall guy with long hair that unfortunately I forgot the name but was an amazing seller and a huge help. For sure a employee to keep with you and recognise his amazing work

Busy for holiday season but didn't take long to find someone to help me.

Two young staff over in the earphone section were extremely helpful and accommodating, appreciate good service after being to other JB hi-fi shops and being treated awful. Never had a bad experience in this shop, wish I could remember the names of the three staff that all helped me because they were amazing.

Ask for Jackson, he is awesome and will go above and beyond for you.
