Best bike shop in NSW! The Customer service was 10 out of 10 and the team went out of their way to help us even though they were already very busy. All staff were happy and friendly. Thank you very much Wheeler Cycles.

Customer service is always golden standard. Which is why I always return for supplies I need. I could buy them online cheaper but I’d rather support my local shop, you can’t beat great service.

Customer service was excellent.
Pricing marginally more than online but the fact we could try the helmet for fitment and get advice rather than be up sold far outweighed the small price difference. Will definitely be buying from here again. Not a bad last name either 😂

I drove from Newcastle to pick up a bike over the weekend! I called and placed the order and everyone was so friendly and helpful. When i arrived at the store i was welcome and mt Bike was ready and waiting. I was helped out to the car and it was loaded in for me. I would highly recommend Wheeler Cycles and their staff members. Just bought a new Trek E-Bike for my wife and the service was outstanding. They fitted the bike for her, she did a test ride and then customised the extras so she will look good and never get a flat tyre. Good fun to deal with and super helpful. highly recommend.
