CrossFit Dubbo

Crossfit Dubbo is an excellent gym for all skill levels, and a great place to make friends when moving to a new town. I've been training here for about 10 months now, after years and years of trying to do my own thing at regular gyms, and I'm now the fittest and happiest I've ever been. The coaches make sure that there is a variation of the workout that suits anyone at any skill level, and are always more than willing to answer any questions. The community of members are super supportive, and everyone is there to cheer you on and help each other out, making it a very welcoming environment. If you're even the slightest bit curious like I was, strongly recommend giving it a trial!

CrossFit Dubbo has been a fantastic experience for me! Amazing community and incredible coaches! As an outsider coming here and being away from home for the last few months I have always looked forward to my daily dose of CrossFit with the coaches and community in all the sessions. I've had personalised coaching suited to my needs, endless encouragement, and most importantly everyone has put up with my mid workout moaning and groaning. I really can't recommend you guys enough! I will be sure to come back whenever I'm in Dubbo!

It’s where even the smallest of wins are celebrated, it’s where pushing your boundaries is encouraged, it’s where teaching technique is important, and it’s where there is actually sweat and tears!
You know when you’ve found something good cause you just get that feeling, and I’ve found something great (even if it’s on the wrong side of town 😉)

I've been at CrossFit Dubbo for the past month and I absolutely love it.
I was nervous and anxious walking in for the first time since having children but it was the complete opposite. I felt extremely welcomed, encouraged and like I had been a member of the family for years from trainers and members which is really lovely!
All the staff are wonderful and can tailor workouts to suit your fitness level while still pushing you that little bit harder when you feel like you could give up.
CrossFit Dubbo is welcoming of me bringing my little girl so I am able to workout and when bub is starting to get grizzly everyone helps out with cuddles and distractions so I can finish my workout.
Leaving the gym is a feeling you will never think to yourself you wished you didn't go to, it starts your day off strong and energised.

I'm an absolute beginner at exercise and weightloss and Thomas and Katelyn have modified all of my workouts to be achievable, yet challenging. I still feel like I'm apart of the class even though I'm doing totally different things. Great people, great atmosphere...I highly recommend this gym especially if you find other gyms scary .This place is awesome.

If you’re thinking about CrossFit but you’re feeling a little nervous about it, this is the place for you. Everyone is so welcoming, the coaches are fantastic, everything is scalable to suit all levels and even though it hurts, it’s always so much fun! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made for my health and fitness. A welcoming and friendly team who actually make me want to go train daily. I look forward to walking through the doors and feel amazing when I leave.

Great box to train at.
Outside of the big towns you often find boxes lacking in equipment or investing in giving the athletes what they need to perform at their best. I loved training here for two days at the start of spring 2018. Duncan was very friendly as were the community of CF Dubbo. Lots of space and rogue equipment more than made the trip worthwhile. X

It was my first time trying cross fit & everyone was really friendly. Duncan is great! He makes sure you have the correct technique before putting any weights on. You don't think its addictive but it is! Makes it even better when people are so friendly. Definitely go check it out! Sign the waver and try a free class to see what its like.

Fantastic gym, Duncan and all the coaches are legends, easily the most fun I’ve had doing CrossFit and the workouts are nice and hard too! Above all, a fantastic atmosphere to train in.

Great staff good experience.

I was visiting Dubbo for a week, and was grateful to have a properly equipped crossfit hall with full workouts to get into. I had no transport and so was really happy when one of the gents offered to pick me up and drop me off every morning! The owners and coaches were friendly and introduced themselves to me as soon as I showed up. I will definitely go back if I am in town again.
