Forbes Apex Riverside Tourist Park

Spent 8 days with family from over Australia at this Park. How amazing was the stay. The park is amazing. Beautiful, location very clean and comfortable. The amenities were extremely clean. Bret and Sandra were wonderful, friendly and they go out of their way to make our visit thoroughly enjoyable. Giving us everlasting memories.

Fantastic park, amenities are very clean, loved having a clean bath mat for showers! Cabins are beautiful and modern, camp kitchen is fantastic with pots, pans, washing up supplies etc all provided, it even has a big screen tv and ceiling fans! Campsites are well maintained and very pretty. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

This was my second stay passing though. First time a powered site and this time a cabin. Beautiful little park with lovely facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved our camp site by the river. Kept our 3 busy kids entertained. Small, quiet and so peaceful. The toilet/showers have bath mats which is such a nice touch (always the thing I forget to pack).

We stayed in the park for 6 nights for the Parkes Elvis festival.. With our tent we had an unpowered site on a spacious lawn next to the Lachlan river.
What a gem this camp site is. Very welcoming and friendly staff, a small pool, very clean amenities with bath mats!
The camp kitchen is fully equipped.

Definitely coming back next year!

We are having a family reunion here. Brett and Sandra have been so welcoming of all of us and we really appreciate the way they have gone out of their way to help facilitate our extended family coming together from South Australian and Queensland

What a spot to stay and what great service and care from Brett, Sandra and the whole team.

I stayed in one of the river front cabin which was perfect. I was solo but heaps of room for a couple and kids. Nice and spacious with a great little deck and a cranking shower (always important!)

The communal BBQ area was the perfect spot to hang out and meet some of the other park goers and enjoy the river running by.

A great neat and tidy park perfect for vans, tents, or cabins!

What an absolute treasure this park is! From the moment we booked, the Managers have been cheerful, helpful friendly and extremely polite. The park itself is extremely tidy and well maintained.

The amenities are very tidy and extremely clean. The shower has amazing pressure and the hot water is so lovely! Lots of lovely little touches that make this park special like a cloth bath mat for your shower and washing basket and pegs on the laundry.

We booked in for one night but ended up staying for two. I highly recommend you drop in if you’re coming through Forbes.

Pet friendly caravan park. It is a really beautiful park, right on the river, clean amenities and well maintained. The park manager was friendly and accomodating. Def worth a visit! We are looking forward to staying more than one night night time. Thank you!

Loved staying here, it was clean and the showers are to die for. The owners are awsome

We loved our stay in a cabin overlooking the Lachlan river. The two bedroom cabin was spacious and very clean. The Park was very quiet and close to town. We didn’t hear trucks from the road so all in all a peaceful stay. I would definitely recommend this little park just for its beautiful location

The Manager Brett was very pleasant, the site was large and the facilities excellent. The camp kitchen was spotless and had a great TV and heaters. And the showers even had bath mats! Thank you for providing a great little park!

We did unpowered sute fr our camper. Was nicely grassed with plenty of space between sites. Would definitely return.

This park is a little Gem!
We spent overnight in a drive through caravan site, the ammenties were exceptional (Well done staff) with the added bonus of a bath mat being supplied. Grounds and camp kitchen were clean/tidy and very well kept.
This is a relaxing riverside park with great owners/staff we will definitley be back for an extended stay!

Spent a night there camping, staff we very friendly and helpful, amenities very clean.
Camp kitchen could do with a small amount of upgrade but will definitely stay there again.

We just stayed for 10 nights. The managers are so friendly and accommodating. The facilities are not brand new, but are immaculately clean. They provide some little extra touches too.

Close to the river, so lots of time for fishing.

Highly recommend staying here.
