Tea Gardens Vet Hospital

I took my German Shepherd to be put down as she was suffering with old age. The staff were amazing and made this very hard sad experience as nice as it would be. Truely caring and dignified and just I can't thank them enough.

I wish I never had to use these guys, as it became a day of heartache for me. That being said, they fit me into their schedule and then took wonderful care of my Beautiful Zoe ... and ultimately helped her to pass on. They let my regular vet know what had happened, arranged for her cremation, and to have her ashes returned to my vet, so they can then be returned to me. Please know how truly appreciative I am of all your efforts, the compassion and care you gave to Zoe.

My first visit and could not be happier with the kindness we were shown. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Extremely grateful for your assistance today for our 13 year old beagle boy...you made his day much calmer.

We've been bringing our 4 mini dachshunds to the team at Tea Gardens Vet for over 2 years now and every appointment has been a great experience. You can tell that the powerhouse team of women who run this vet really care about your animals. They're great with communication and information, they've been very reassuring when our dogs have had serious problems and they're just lovely to deal with in person.

Really impressed by nurses and vet staff here… very attentive and kind with my elderly dog. We are on holidays up here and she needed checking out. The Vet gave her extensive attention, made contact with my vet in Sydney to check on previous treatments and records will be sent through. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ingrid provided exceptional vet care, she is extremely knowledgeable and provides direct, concise information. The office staff are awesome. I have absolute trust with the care of my 4 dogs. We are from Sydney and we came for a trip here in the end of January with our pet. Our pet got very sick by the 2nd day of our stay. We had to urgently rush him to the vet clinic in Tea Gardens. We take them a call and they took us on a short notice. The treatment and the care given to our pet dog by the girls was too good and we don't have words for their appreciation. The out of all, the thing which touched us the most was that they took a lot of care and provided us with a lot of help and support to make our return trip comfortable with our pet. They were so good and caring that they even followed up with us on the following day asking us about how our pet was doing. They were very caring, understanding, transparent with their treatment and supportive. They even told us the household remedies to cure the dog and gave us some medication to take home too. All I can say is that they are too good, highly recommendable, skillful and well knowledgeable and understanding. Keep up the good work girls. So lucky to have meet you all.

Visited some time ago with my dog with tick poisoning. Excellent treatment. Dog recovered quickly and had 6 month immunization from tick poisoning. Fee was very reasonable.

The vets here are amazing. So kind and genuine dog lovers. They Don't rush you and happily answer all of your questions
