Pittwater Family Practice

Had my annual checkup today. Very organised, professional and quick experience. No waiting, attended to right on my appointment time. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
My Doctor moved from his Avalon practice to work here and is very knowledgeable and approachable. I appreciate people who do things well. Thank you

I went to the Pittwater Family Practice for the 1st time as a new patient today and I really liked the waiting room filled with natural light and the background music was really cheerful. The receptionists there are lovely.
I had an appointment with Dr Fiona Scott and I felt that she was really listening and being thorough and she has a broad medical knowledge in different aspects of health.

I booked a long appointment with Dr Scott as I had a lot of things to discuss with her. She was very patient with me and I felt listened to and she explained everything well for me. I am very comfortable having her as my GP.

My family have been coming here for at least 20 years. We find the doctors very thorough and easy to talk to. The receptionists are always pleasant helpful and efficient. So are the nurses
Not going anywhere else

I have been a patient at this practice for over twenty years and today I was seen by Dr Sehan for the first time and I found him extremely thorough and caring. I am sure he is going to be a welcome and valuable addition to this well run practice

PFP have been my medical go to for many years and are fabulous, caring and attentive. My regular doctor is on leave and I needed a Teleconsult to organise a referral whilst travelling interstate. PFP put me on to another doctor and all was sorted very quickly. Cannot recommend them enough!

This is like an old-style Practice where the doctors are knowledgeable and persnablethey also communicate with associated caregivers, a big bonus if you’re subject to a healthplan. appointments tend to be on scheduleand the admin are courteous and friendly.Dan.

I was able to get an appointment to see the Doctor
within 24 hours. The Doctor was first class and very helpful
Again the receptionist at the practice was helpful.
Must also mention the pharmacy in Mona Vale.

My first visit to this Family Practice was an excellent one. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. My treating Doctor was fantastic.

This was my first visit here - Easy to get to by public transport and there’s plenty of parking across the road in Woolworths. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the doctor I saw (Dr Jodie Parker) was on time and was very welcoming to me as a new patient. She showed a genuine interest in my health and I didn’t feel rushed at all. It wasn’t a bulk billing service but I’d much rather pay to see a doctor like Dr Parker who seem passionate about providing me with a great healthcare experience and I feel so grateful that she was taking on new patients when I called the practice to make an initial enquiry.

I was treated well and with respect and given helpful advice by all staff and especially by my practitioner Dr.Fiona Scott, thank you everyone, Erin Devoy.

I had a good experience seeing the doctor and nurse to unblock my ears of wax. The whole process was smooth and unfussy.

Highly recommend Dr Jodie Parker. Very thorough, thoughtful and caring. Jodie takes a wholistic, pragmatic and systematic approach to looking after you.
