This place is great. Management is really awesome. Really down to earth and always willing to help. They really helped me pick and choose my tea, hence making me comfortable to try new flavours that I was unsure about.

I ended up buying 2 teas, because they were so damn good.

Would definitely come here again.... Possibly in a few hours

The fastest service ever, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes! Approx 2minutes and the drinks are already done! The staff are always smiling which is so welcoming and such a homey feeling! If you ask, they actually provide their recommendations when it comes to sweetness for the more complex drinks! To say they are good is an understatement! By far, my favourite Gong Cha Store!

Go here around 4 times a week because the tea's are so good and refreshing. Service is always fast even when it's a little busy. Never got my order wrong and usually order 3 different tea combos with various jelly. Good work canley vale, prefer this place over the Bonnyrigg and Cabramatta branches as they tend to be way to sweet for me. Try the peach coconut jelly, the little stars are so cute and yummy A+

I like this place because you can see how they make it and very nice to have on a hot day. My favourite drink to have is grape tea with lychee, black pearls and aloe my other favourite one is passion fruit with basil seed and black pearls with aloe. It always quiches my thirst when i am thirsty.

Excellent service with friendly and product knowledgeable staffs. Consistent top quality drinks supplied to me on every purchase. Loving their long trading hours as well. Definitely worth the pitt stop for refreshing tea drinks.

Yum yum yum! Nothing beats a refreshing wintermelon tea with white pearls to satisfy a thirst craze. Quick and efficient service and staff are lovely to deal with. Parking is easy and purchases are much quicker than other stores. Def my go to drink shop everytime!!😊

This place is wonderful to go to, whether if it's hot or cold day, whether if you drink it in the morning it not. Thr drink would always calm you down and keep you cool. The staff is wonderful both kind and sincere, I've been going there since it first opened, I recommend everyone to go there, from all ages. Not once have they had failed my order, they always make sure that your order comes to you just as you asked for.

Delicious drinks here! Tea is brewed nicely here so you can actually taste it in your milk tea, unlike some other places. Clean Shop and fast service.
