Good coffee, had the paradise chicken flatbread, very tasty, nice variety on the lunch menu, the muffins and slices in the cabinet look very appealing along with good selection of sandwiches,

The Brightside Cafe is a bright seaside cafe seconds away from Mona Vale beach. From the moment you walk in, your greeted to a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu offered a wide variety of coffee (which they roast themselves!), brunch options and yummy cakes. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed and decor fresh and trendy!

A great spot for a quiet coffee, or catch up with friends before burning it all off on a coastal walk to Narabeen Beach.

Incredible food and location! Very spacious and a really nice sea breeze on the hot days. Also been wanting to try the cocktails at the restaurant above too!

A very nice cafe situated below theona Vale Surf Club. A good place to have breakfast on a sunny beach day. They serve standard breakfast meals, prices are on the higher range, possibly because of the location. A few seats outside the cafe, can get busy especially on weekends. Dog friendly. Pleasant view of Mona Vale beach horizon.

Staff are efficient and helpful and service is prompt.

Love coming to Brightside!! Just look at these dishes!! I had a easter weekend special dish which was the Tokio Vegan bowl and we also tried the Prawn & Chilli spaghetti which I totally recommend if you are into spicy food. They have quite a few different options if you don’t eat or like one type of food I am sure you will find something. You can dine in or take away and the coffee is quality coffee. Prices are according to the location (in front of the beach), quality and the friendly staff that is always around in case you need anything. Besides being a public holiday and being super busy, we got our coffees and food to dine in in less than 15 minutes.
Lovely experience! We will come back.

Friendly and helpful staff and baristas. The latte had a nice chocolaty taste.

We ordered the fish and chips which had a good crunch. The green wave flatbread had a good amount of spice in the patty with fresh greens and the B.L.A.T. Flatbread had crispy delicious bacon and fresh avocado, tomatoes and greens. Very tasty. Would definitely come again.

Lovely sunny cafe - absolute sun sink in winter. Great views of beach & ocean. Plenty of staff, young, polite & enthusiastic.

Terrific, well priced. Enjoyed the fish and chips, huge serve. Lovely Tokyo bowl, fresh and tasty.

In short, great location, good food, well served, fair pricing - could want nothing more.

You couldn't ask for a nicer spot to sit down and have breakfast. The staff are friendly and the menu is fantastic!
It's pretty busy most mornings so get down there early for a table and enjoy!

The beef burger was delicious. My only comment was, it would be great to give everyone at the table napkins not just some, as the burgers are messy

My oat cappuccino was delish, my Haloumi roll was amazing, fast service and great location.

Ok so about time I review my new local - The Brightside Cafe located in the new surf club building smack bang on Mona Vale Beach, making it the perfect spot to grab a coffee and soak in the beautiful views.

What really impressed me is the quality of their coffee, it's creamy, smooth and full of flavour, and easily one of the best coffees I've had in a long time. Not only that, but their staff are so friendly and welcoming, which helps to create such a lovely energy in the cafe.

I'm now there daily, sometimes multiple times a day which has to say something about the place. Keep up the good vibes and delish coffee guys!! :)

Beautiful view, clean and delicious food. Friendly staff worth the queue.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting The Brightside Cafe and it was an absolutely delightful experience! I enjoyed the Pork Madame with a magic coffee - it was amazing and just the kind of sandwhich you want on a cold rainy day. My partner enjoyed her corn fritters with a side of haloumi and her soy flat white! To top it all of the biscoff brownies are amazing too! They use Nine Yards beans which taste amazing! It's safe to say that The Brightside Cafe serves some of the best coffee on the Northern Beaches.

Despite the cafe being busy during our visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient service. The staff were super friendly and attentive but also managed to deliver our food in a timely manner even through it was the middle of the brunch rush.
Bobby and Raj are some of the most down to Earth people who will always take time have a bit of a chat to you!

Great food, very friendly staff and delicious food! Love going there whenever I can!
