Absolutely love Maurie & Eve!! Everything I buy from them is always such amazing quality and so flattering. Out of all of my orders I've only ever had one issue where I received the wrong size, but when I emailed them letting them know, the beautiful ladies in customer service were so helpful and sent me the correct size that day in express shipping! Plus, it's so awesome supporting a company that is so eco conscious compared to other big brands! Love the clothes, love the staff, love the company!

Absolutely love this company! Quality items that are true to size and stylish. In addition, the level of customer service is unmatched - staff are very quick to reply to any emails and queries in a friendly manner. I am unable to fault Maurie and Eve; fast shipping, eco-friendly, great quality and for the best prices. It’s my go-to when I need a new outfit for a night out or even just to treat myself.

I have been shopping with this brand for years, the quality is fantastic and the designs are always beautiful. Though, the biggest praise I could give this company is their customer service. AusPost are currently (Sep 21) experiencing delays due to staff shortages, and my delivery from Maurie and Eve was lost. Once the team at M&E found out, I was immediately sent a new package and was updated through the whole process via their customer service team. They responded quickly, and were kind and empathetic in every interaction. I honestly can't speak any more highly of them.

I have shopped with Maurie & Eve for years and have had nothing but an exceptional experience. They are always super on the ball to answer any questions or queries plus all of my garments are still in high quality condition after multiple wears. I love the changes they are making to become more environmentally conscious, whilst being able to produce an exquisite, high quality product and service.

I have got solace knit dress and cashmir pants - and if you feel that self care can be expressed in the clothes - I would definitely recommend to get something form Maurie and Eve. I purchased the tie dyed set and was disappointed with the quality of fabric used, especially with the almost $300 price tag. I expected a lot better quality but it seemed cheap and not very nice to the touch, even my husband said it looked cheap. It was see through and has a very rough feel. It may be ok after a wash with fabric softener to wear over swimmers but I will be returning for that price, not worth it.

I love the brand and finally got the 'Make You Wanna Long Sleeve Jumpsuit' in size 6. I am a size 6au and 5'3ft this was HUGE on me. I am so sad but still love it, so I had to spend a lot of money to tailor the jumpsuit to make it wearable for me. I understand it is meant to be over sized, and bought it for that purpose but this was just way too big for small and petite people.
Please make your Jumpsuits inclusive for all sizes x

I brought the align tee n pants because the website stated they were made from all organic cotton, when they arrived the tag says 100 percent cotton. When I emailed about my concern I was sent back a response reassuring me it was organic cotton. I didn't believe this as why wouldn't it be stated on the tags. Soon after was sent another email saying after looking into with the manufacturers it is not organic cotton and they will change it on the website, also an offer of a 15 percent discount on my next order. Lost complete trust in the brand :(

I am incredibly shocked at the shocking customer service I have received from Maurie & Eve. I waited 3 months for a dress to arrive and it has been miss represented on the website. It looked like a loose fitting dress on the model so I ordered 2 sizes smaller and it is a TENT it looks nothing like what is on the website and when I brought this to their attention they apologised obviously knowing it was miss represented but will not offer me a refund. I don't want a store credit the items was completely misleading and looks to be pined on the model to give the illusion of shape.

This not the type of customer service I expected from and Australian brand any time but given the current client I would have expected them to at least be fair about their mistake.
