La Fiamma Woodfired Pizzeria Restaurant

Absolutely fantastic and authentic pizza. After having lived in Italy for 10 years, I can confidently say that this is one of the best pizzas I've had outside the country. Dough is super light, toppings are delicious, and the pizza overall is fantastic. The owner and pizza chef are both Italian, truly a great shop they've set up with a lovely courtyard where we could bring our dog. Will absolutely be back again

The pizza is simply 5 star - all the way from the base to the ingredients and how they come together. I don’t remember having anything like this for a very long time.

Specifically recommend the
TARTUFINA PIZZA:
Mozzarella, mushrooms,olives, garlic and truffle oil.

Moving on from the pizza, which set a high bar indeed, the Eggplant parmigiana easily superseded the pizza in delivering an explosion of flavours. 6 star without any reservations.
A silky layer of eggplant, a sweet and savory thick tomato sauce, and enough melty cheese to get that quintessential cheese pull but not too much that it weighs the whole thing down. It was decadent but not greasy, saucy but not soggy.

Specifically recommend the
PARMIGIANA DI MELANZANE:
Sliced eggplant filling, layered with fresh fiordilatte cheese, napoletana tomato sauce, basil, parmesan cheese then baked.

The lasagna couldn’t compete with the Pizza and Parmigiana but was perfectly satisfactory.

The Tiramisu was raved about all on the table as was the Cannoli but the Cannoli filling was a bit too sweet.

Amazing service. Asked for a quiet spot due to not liking a lot of noise on Valentine’s Day and they did amazingly, food was perfect, staff were lovely. Would definitely come again if I found myself in the area. 🫶🏼

Spent two nights dining at this delightful restaurant. One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Delicious food, top notch customer service. The wait-staff are cheerful and friendly. Big shout out to Anna, who looked after us so well. 150 stars for you as promised 😊

We had a lovely authentic Italian dinner there with our young family. The food was the best we had during our week long stay in Ettalong Beach. My friends (fussy eaters) loved their pasta and enjoyed the time in the piazza. The staff were friendly and very attentive and no request was to too much for them. We ordered the 5hr slow cooked lamb shoulder, a traditional pizza and pasta. The gelato and tiramisu were the perfect way to top off our meal. Will definitely be back.

Nice eatery with a wood fired oven that you can see from the kitchen. Staff were nice and friendly. Food was great. Got the sopressa pizza, lasagne bolognese and bruschetta (the garlic was a bit too overpowering for my liking).

Amazing pizza, I didn't try anything else but the pizzas we got were absolutely a amazing!!!

My husband and I recently had our wedding reception at La Fiamma in their outdoor piazza.

Superb food, wonderful service and an amazingly beautiful location! All of our guests had the best night ever and had nothing but great things to say about the venue and staff.

Best authentic Italian food around and easily one of the best restaurants on the Central Coast and in NSW.

Absolutely amazing pizza! Loved sitting out in the courtyard area, almost felt like I was in Italy. Very friendly staff. (Massive) bonus points for being dog friendly.

Yum!! Loved this place! Food, seating area, service and once again, the food👌🏻👍🏻👏🏻 fave pasta was the carbonara. Starter bread was divine! Must save room for the nutella dessert next time.

Authentic Italian food with Italian vibe. We visited during Italian fest, it was amazing. Would recommend it.

Good as always!! Personally for me penne being the pasta for carbonara isn't preferred and the sauce was a little runny, as well as the pasta being a little undercooked, but it was during a rush so some mistakes are bound to happen and the rest of the food was perfect.

So nice pizza, kindest staff and cozy home-like atmosphere. Everything is superior. 100% recommendable.

Best food I’ve had in a long time. The meatballs are to die for as are the pizzas. Can’t recommend more highly.

Simply the best authentic Italian Pizzeria place in that area. The tables and chairs needs maintaining along with most of the artwork that is in that venue but hay that doesnt mean that they dont have what it takes to give you an authentic Italian experience especially if you speak with them in Italian as they are realy nice and genuine Italians.

As always, food consistently good. Can't fault it, and being so welcoming of our little dog and finding us a lovely table outside, (which we greatly appreciate) it's just the perfect place. Wine very good too!
