Midcoast Animal Hospital

Visiting Tuncurry, last week, on holidays with our Labradoodle Obi, we noticed that he had become quite lame and was very lethargic, we later found out that he had run down some stairs too quickly and injured his ankle. Not knowing the area too well we searched online and found the Midcoast Animal Hospital was just up the street. I spoke to the lovely Macey, who was so kind and arranged an early appointment. Being a Saturday morning we were blessed to be seen by the amazing Dr Cathy. She was so gentle and caring towards our puppy, she even managed to make us laugh. I can't praise her enough, Dr Cathy really took such great care of our Obi, was so thorough and made sure he was going to be ok, she made us feel so much more relaxed and allowed us all to have a wonderful holiday. Thank you again from Anthony, Anna and Obi.

One of the best and most caring vet clinics that I have been to. We are travelling and my little dog started limping, called the clinic and got in within 2 hours. Amanda the vet was AMAZING, gave me so much advice and treated my little Arlo with so much love and care. Thankyou, highly recommend

My 18 year old boy named Archie has had a few visits and the staff have been professional, caring, kind, understanding and respectful. Thankyou kindly to the staff at Midcoast Animal Hospital!

While visiting from Sydney, our border collie suffered a stick injury requiring surgery. We were given an emergency consultation on arrival due to Milly's obvious swelling and she was operated on the same afternoon. A week down the track and the outcome is good. Really impressed by the care from receptionist, vet nurses and veterinarian. Forster/Tuncurry is lucky to have a dedicated team who look after the owners as well as their pets! Highly recommended practice

I’m sitting here reading some very horrible reviews and I just can’t wrap my head around how they wrote these things. I’ve never had a bad experience with Midcoast vets. My fur baby pulls me to the door because he loves every vet and vet nurse there! I will continue to bring my dog Marvin and my future pets there too. I understand everyone has bad experiences but I’ve been going to Midcoast for almost 6 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience, now thats got to count for something. Thank you to the lovely team at Midcoast vets for always putting my pet first :)

Took our dogs to get their vaccinations while passing through town. Clinic staff were very friendly and professional.

Amazing ,caring, practise nothing is a bother took amazing care of our dog who was taken in on a weekend but the vet who saw him who had worked all that Saturday was so informative and caring I can't speak highly enough of the treatment our dog Charlie received from all the staff, and a big thank you to Donald.

Staff are so helpful and friendly. Squeezed us in the same day I called. They were thorough and gentle with my puppy and we will definitely be returning.

A very big Thank you to the vet and staff member who went out of their way to try and help identify a long dead cat for a possible grieving owner in far from pleasant circumstances. It was a very difficult task and they refused payment! Again many thanks!

Took my bulldog to Midcoast Animal Hospital twice in one day. The staff were incredibly helpful and amazing with my dog. Would never attend another vet in the area.
