I trust him

My parents arrived at clinic 10th October to try and get an appointment and we’re screamed and yelled at by the very rude, discourteous, unprofessional receptionist. All because my parents walked into the clinic to find out if there was appointment available. Absolutely disgraceful that my elderly ill parent was treated in this manner. My parents have limited English and could not explain themselves to this ill-mannered, unpleasant receptionist who thinks it’s ok to treat people in this manner. I hope one day one of your loved one gets treated this way and you will feel exactly how my mum felt today.

This guy is biggest insult to the doctors , dosent want to help their patients and he thinks he owns the world .
I dont know how he became a doctor with that attitude , maybe thats the reason his patients left him ...
