Really good coffee, cool industrial space, generous portions and well priced.

We got the falafel burger and the chicken BLAAT burger.

A cool cafe with a nice variety of healthy options. The sizes were good too. Good price and service.

My table had the vegetarian burger on sour dough although the normal bun would have been better as the sourdough was a little dry. Yum tho. We also had the build your own lunch...good size and flavour. The chai latte was delish!

We ended with 2 muffins which were also a lovely day to end.

I'd go again :)

I had a Vegan Bowl today it was fantastic. Delicious and not too small. Got some Sourdough with it too. Would eat again. Very tasty.

For the past month I have been coming here for my morning coffee most days, I have had a great experience each time. I'm usually in and out quickly, and coffee has been great each time. Had brekky there with the family and everyone enjoyed the b&e burgers. Also open everyday of the week!

Such a cute cafe!! Food looks amazing and the coffee was great too. The staff were really nice, I would definitely recommend this cafe.

I've been to a few cafes but this one made me want to come back. The reason? The food is great and I want to try all they have to offer. Prices are good too

Love this cafe. My wife, kids and I discovered it a few months back and have gone out of our way to come back several times since. The bill is always more than at most other cafes, but it is worth it for the exceptional food, creative options, fresh and healthy ingredients, friendly service and great atmosphere. We have thoroughly enjoyed absolutely everything we have ordered and look forward to many more visits. Highly recommended!

This place has some seriously yum food. They have all kinds of delicious stuff like raspberry white chocolate muffins, cinnamon scrolls, and some cool vegan slices. Staff are friendly, and food comes out pretty quickly. They also sell great coffee here. Nice and easy to find and stop off on on the way home from work via east Gosford. It has a nice rustic, chilled out theme to the place.

Açai Bowl and large cappuccino at Ooomph helped get the morning back on track.

This place is locked away down a quiet street, I wouldn't even know it existed. When I looked at the menu I wasn't expecting it to be something I would like. I thought, oh wow it's healthy food, just order the Paleo bowl with extra toast to fill me up.
I'm normally the kind of guy who just gets the big brekky at my local cafe but my wife heard of this place and suggested we try it.

Holy moly, this was the best breakfast I've eaten in recent memory. Maybe I was just really hungry when we ordered it, but the rocket and tomatoes were seasoned perfectly. The tomatoes were grilled slowly and seasoned perfectly so they had the most delicious taste and you could spread it on the toast. The avocado was delicious with sesame oil and sesame seeds, and the entire dish was absolutely perfect.
Coffee was smooth, babycino is free if you bring your kid. The barrista was super friendly and the atmosphere in the shop was nice.
I can't wait to come back here again when lockdown is over so we can sit down and eat.

Went again for dinner this evening with my wife. We both love the pizzas, good selection of wines, lamb shoulder salad another highlight. Wife loves the white choc and raspberry muffin. She rates the coffee and I love the choc shakes. Other highlights...SD bread and croissants. Tips...yes, know your order, get your cutlery and water. Can be busy on Sat or Sun but chill! One of my fave cafe ever.

Favourite cafe. Indie/rustic cafe, brilliant food. My fav is Slow Cooked Lamb, about $16...DELICIOUS & plenty of it. Great selections for my gluten & dairy free diet in both mains & dessert. Such good prices, lovely staff.

The kale slaw, grilled chicken and pumpkin salad is honestly the most well balanced and delicious salad I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Shout out to Tilly for her fab customer service!

My review is of Ooomph Cafe in Avoca Beach, which I believe is owned Ooomph Fresh... Lets get to it. We really like Ooomph Cafe and have visited several times over the past 18 months and its always a great experience. Whether the two of us, family or with friends, we are never disappointed. There is enough room for the kids to move about and you need that when they are 2 & 4. The coffee is smooth and strong - but not so much that you can't order another. My favourite dish is the Ricotta Pancakes. OMG, they are fantastic, however been a few times where they haven't had them on the menu (for days) because they don't have a certain ingredient. Personally, I don't get it, but maybe there is a secret that we don't know about - however there is plenty on the menu if you don't want pancakes.

I had a breakfast bowl and great coffee, highly recommended. Avocado, quinoa, the tastiest fried kale ever, sauerkraut = so delicious and healthy. Next time I will get some toasted sour dough too. All their pastries look incredible; flaky and fresh.

Was greeted by the friendliest of staff. After pondering the many wonderful selections I settled on the beef burger and my wife the avo smash and egg. Hardly a word was spoken as we demolished lunch, it was so delicious! Coffee was as good as I've had anywhere. Sweets were a mousse cake and lemon meringue, devine! We will visit at every opportunity.

A very popular local hang out that offers a wide variety of food and consistently good coffee. Indoor and outdoor seating that can be a bit drafty in the winter but works wonderfully in summer.
Their pastry chef Marcus is constantly making delicious French-inspired desserts that I often drop in for.
The aren't many downsides to this cafe but they don't offer Wi-Fi and they have an open kitchen so it can be quite loud at times.

A very cosy and laid back place. Good food & pastries. Have been there twice, no complaints.
