Like everyone else has mentioned, my parcel was beautifully wrapped (saving me wrapping the presents) and packed, and included a surprise that fit perfectly with my other tree decorations. Having finally chosen some new pieces from the extensive and beautiful collection, I was just so thrilled when they arrived in less than 2 days. The presentation and wrapping are next level but honestly the best thing was that my husband said, I really like that pear cushion! Turns out he does notice nice things!

I entered a request via the live online service and had a response almost immediately. I really needed my order to be sent as soon as possible to ensure it arrived in time. I was notified it had been shipped in less than 2 hours of placing the order!! Needless to say is arrived well in advance, such wonderful service!
