Very knowledgeable and experienced. My laptop had issues after 11 years and Ronnie fixed it. Hard drive issues. Today my laptop screen just went back. Different issue it was the video card. So it died unable to fix. He took the time to find out what I use for a suggested a new laptop for my needs. Perfect price too.
