Best. Cafe. Ever. Honestly everything about this cafe is delightful. The ambience, the coffee, the food. Everything was fresh and delicious. We have three young boys and they loved the milkshakes, bacon and egg rolls and the avocado toast. Hubby had the fish tacos... so yum. I had the toasted roast vege sandwich which was unbelievable. The vegan banoffee pie is something I will be back for every time we drive up the coast! Staff were lovely. So happy and satsified right now 😍

The avocado burger was absolutely delicious, and the chips were tasty too! The service was excellent, and it's easy to strike up casual conversations with locals at this cafe.

Great staff, and well managed. Excellent food and they pump a great coffee, Chill beach vibe. Perfect for a Saturday morning breakfast. Dog friendly and you can take a walk on the beach when you're finished. And on Sundays get yourself a loaf of the artisan sourdough to take home with you.

Staff are always busy, but afford you the time for questions. They are very Coeliac aware for those requiring Gluten Free. They have vegan friendly options and dairy free also. The food is rich with goodness! Plus it’s Dog Friendly and across the road from a beach! What more could you ask for?

The Belle General is my favourite place to eat in Ballina, and has been for many years. It's a little pricey, but the food is of outstanding quality, beautifully presented, and extremely tasty - it is well worth it. Coffee is great too. They cater for a wide range of dietary requirements, which I'm not fussed about, but even so, it all tastes great. I always try to visit when I'm in town.

They have Allpress Coffee - the best there is. Run by a high energy gorgeous team. Popped in on way through based on recommendations. Impressed. Next time will order a meal - they looked fabulous and fresh. Bec and Genie

This is a really lovely spot. It feels like a local neighbourhood cafe with a charming and friendly atmosphere. Great loose-leaf tea and homemade muffins, and lots of smiles and personal engagement.

I have a hard time in cafes where the music is foreground, and they were cheerful in adjusting the volume and style of music.

Love this place, they have healthy breakfast options, seats in the sun and friendly staff. Dig it!

Simply AMAZING FOOD ! We came from Sydney for very first time in 2018 . And today we returned because we still could remember the taste of the food and the delicious muffins. And yet again did not disappoint. Food is still amazing . Highly recommend this place !

Late breakfast at Ballina: The Belle General is a quirky and alternative cafe: beach bohemiana. We both had "Something Healthy with Salmon" which was absolutely beautiful, even the kale! It was a treat to enjoy it with m'lady. Highly recommended.

Stopped in for lunch after a walk along the coastal trail. Great food with an excellent range of gluten free meals and cakes available. Friendly staff and dog friendly seating outside. Recommended.
