Ochre Medical Centre Tea Gardens

After injuring myself this morning I arrived at the surgery seeking help with dressing my wound and hoping for a Tetanus shot. Staff were very helpful and, although they were full up today, they managed to squeeze me in to see Dr Michael and nurse Caroline later in the day. Both were very attentive and reassured me that my tetanus shots were up to date. Examination done and I was taped up and bandaged and released and very happy to have had such professional care with no fuss. I highly recommend this medical service.

I didn't have to wait long for an appointment. The lovely Nicole sorted me out. Doctor Steve was very prompt, really thorough & most pleasant. Listened carefully & sent me for CT scan to follow up.
Most impressed by their care & concern for me even though I wasn't a regular patient.

Easy booking system. Felt welcome. Doctor was friendly and efficient. I have great confidence in her and will make this my regular medical centre. So good to have pathology and ultra sound all in the one place. Booked my next COVID shot while I was there.

Dr Zaheer is a very caring doctor. I had broken my toe 2 weeks ago while travelling. My visit was to have her check the dressing on my toe. She was very gentle and gave me good advice as to how to keep my toe safe from infection. Highly recommend her.

I have only been a resident of Tea Gardens for 2 weeks. I found myself needing a Dr and was greeted by caring thoughtful staff. Dr Krishna was very helpful and explained everything he was treating me for. All staff were welcoming and professional.

Extremely friendly and efficient staff, that fit my Grandson in with nil issues, to treat a laceration near the poor lil guys eye. We ended up gluing the cut as it was soo deep, and the compassion shown to him, and us, was just wonderful - from the receptionist, the beautiful calming entrance gardens, nurses and Dr were all exceptional. Highly recommended.

My experience at this practice was brilliant. There was a problem with my online details when I first got there. The receptionist was friendly & very efficient. I saw the Dr within minutes. He was also very friendly and professional. My whole experience was over in 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend this practice... 🙂

Great nurses and reception staff.
Doctors are good but waiting times can be little long at times even tho you booked,typical doctors fast chain in and out but with detail diagnosis.
Unfortunately not open Saturday or Sunday.
Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest is small community but in holiday season doctors are in high demand.
Overall good medical practice with everything town needs when they are open.

Dr KALPA is the very best you will find!

Excellent service. I just wish the locum doctor I saw today was permanent as he was fantastic.

As visitors we were concerned when I fell and broke a bone in my ankle. It was a great relief to be in the receiving end of the excellent service from medical and reception staff at Ochre Medical Centre. Thanks for everything.

Dr was very professional and felt comfortable in waiting room with the whole covid distance spacing. Also receptionist were down to earth and friendly and welcoming.
