Destroyed my hair and refused to provide a refund. Keeps hanging the phone on my face. Unprofessional, immature, and disrespectful can’t accept she is wrong. As a consumer if you are provided the incorrect product, the costumer should receive a refund. The place is dirty , messy, and the hairdresser just not pay attention to her job, distracted and would not stop ‘talking about needing money to go to Disney and not to have to work to live in a caravan for 12 months’. My hair was orange and yellow on roots, and bright red all over, managed to ruined my years at previous hairdresser interstate in just couple of hours, has not experience in hair colour. Had to ask her colleague on how to colour my hair. On top of the colour being ruined, the quality of colour was cheap and as a consequence my hair was dry and brittle, further did not used toner as asked. Did not followed colours as previous hairdresser. I should not have comeback next day. Continue to believe she is correct and did not provide full refund. Asks to go back there for try to fix my hair, to ruin my hair again! Do yourself a favour and do not waste your time and money. She will not refund your money and will hang up the phone on your face!
