I have been coming to this doctors practice since it opened.
Durning this time I have had the most outstanding medical attention every single time.
The past two years medically have beendifficult for me personally and with every thing that was happening in the world, all the staff and my doctor always going above and beyond.
Over the time this practice had been
open my whole family now attended to see our doctor.
Kids have all grown up and there partners also attend .

It’s in an convenient location with the hospital, specialist, chemist.

All the staff are friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this practice to anyone which I have done over the past years.

I am honored to have been a part of this medical center for the past six years. I want to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation to all of you who have made this journey unforgettable.

I'd recommend Dr Vishal Verma to anyone.
He had helped support and advocate for my health to specialists as I navigated years of chronic and debilitating pain.
He goes above and beyond for his patients and he is the reason why I now live a full life without pain.

My husband had an appointment to see his Dr and I was having trouble breathing so the wonderful staff managed to put me in to see his Dr. Thank goodness Dr saw me and had tests done immediately as he called me at 6.18pm that evening to tell me that I had clots on the lungs and to go to hospital Immediately. I am counting my blessings that at my first visit to the Derby St Medical centre I found an exceptionally caring doctor in Dr. Verma. I was not even sure if I should mention some vague uncomfortable feeling to him as well, and I am so glad that I did. Unlike my previous doctor (not from this medical centre) that fortunately had no time to see me at that time, Dr. Verma listened, sent me for appropriate tests – and saved my life!

My family have been seeing Dr Oracki here for years and are very fortunate to have him as our GP. He's super thorough and never leaves a stone unturned and to go with it, he is a really personable man. Highly recommend Dr Andre Oracki.

It's seems to be hard to find a remotely competent GP these days, but Dr Verma is fantastic and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Very professional service and great customer care staff are always happy to help you with any queries questions or something else,the staff are only too happy to help. There is also a chemist on sites.

Great administration staff, excellent doctors, very professional. Only warning is that parking isn't great because it's close to the hospital.

I quite simply can't understand the poor reviews left by some visitors as every time I visit this centre, I have received excellent, affordable and appropriate care.

I cannot recommend this place enough!

A medical centre.

I'm a doctor... and i have to say... this practice has the most rude and unhelpful receptionists over the phone of any practice i have been involved with. I'm not sure if they are overworked or poor working environment or maybe just dont understand what good customer service is. but whenever I talk to them I just feel like i dont want to come back to this practice. I really hope someone reads this who is able to help them get better, because the doctors are great, but first port of call is always a receptionist. And it doesnt matter how good the doctor is if patients are being turned off before meeting them.
