Absolutely lovely staff. Chris Harrison was very helpful and knowledgeable about what were the best hearing aids for me and had me all set up with the phone and my streaming services. I was ready to go in the one appointment and Donna was so good at explaining the care of them and what to use and how to use it in making sure my hearing aids are looked after properly. Such friendly happy staff. I was so happy I went to Amplifon at Nelson Bay.

I am very satisfied with the care I have received recently from the lovely people working here. Diminished hearing is a sensitive issue at any age. The team were very helpful and I am pleased with hearing aids I now use. Thank you for improving the quality of my life.

We were contacted 1 year earlier than required for a follow up test. Initially we made an appointment. Then I rang & cancelled the appointment. Then we were contacted the day before the cancelled appointment to remind us that we had an appointment. I advised that we had cancelled the appointment. Two hours later, we were contacted again to remind us that we had an appointment. I became frustrated. The next morning we were contacted to say that we were supposed to attend an appointment. I told them what had happened. I was told that my doctor had arranged the appointment. He had not done this. Very poor administration, no communication ability between staff, no updates processed by staff. Very dissatisfied.
