I felt very comfortable talking to the pharmacist about my pain and symptoms, very helpful and lovely staff and people ❤❤

Wow! Unbelievable customer service. Both the pharmacist and assisting staff went above & beyond. They were more than happy to accept my prescription for my 10 week old son and compound it just an hour before closing for the remainder of the weekend. I really cannot express how wonderful the experience was. They were helpful, thorough, explained everything to me and at no point tried to rush me out the door. The shop was extremely tidy & clean, the medication was put in a bottle where I can easily draw the amount needed with a syringe and it was even made banana flavour so my baby doesn’t scream when it is being administered. I will be returning without a doubt and suggest others try this pharmacy too as you will not be disappointed with the service provided.

My wife went in there yesterday afternoon to fill a script, the staff were extremely welcoming and professional.
Nothing was too much of an ask and the vibe in there was very friendly unlike a lot of other places you go into which are more impersonal these days. It was a refreshing change to deal with people who are down to earth and happy.

I have been a long time customer of Windang Pharmacy, over 10 years. The superior level of committed, knowledgeable & professional customer service is why I decided years ago to make them MY exclusive pharmacy. The wonderful team is led by 'the Jolly pharmacist' Alaan ( or my mate 'Al' ... and he has become a true mate) who reeeally epitomises delivering customer focused quality in practice, and this is borne out in all his terrific staff like Karen, Trinity and the team, and together they are aka "Australias' number ONE pharmacy".

I was absolutely amazed by the service here and the expert advice I received from the pharmacist. They are not only wonderful to deal with but truely care about their customers health and wellbeing. Highly recommend.
