Shoal Bay Beach Club Apartments

Definitely a range of reviews here and many seem to be reviewing apartments before they were taken over by the new owners or are other for other apartments in the complex. Apartment 12 managed by Jay and Rod is excellent - I believe they gave a second one in the same complex too. Very comfortable, all conveniences thought of and lots of sustainable consideration.great location and if you look carefully you can sometimes spot the koalas in the surrounding bushland. My daughter loved all the special seaside decorative touches. Best value we’ve found in the Bay!

We stayed in the apartments managed by Jay and Rod from Shoal Bay SUP and had a wonderful time. The apartment was fresh and clean, had good aircon and a pool downstairs. It was a short walk to the shops and the beach was only a minute away! Will definitely come back here when staying on the coast :)

My partner and I stayed at an apartment managed by Jay & Rod and had a wonderful time! We were greeted with such a warm welcome, they were so hospitable and accomodating to our requests. They also manage Shoal Bay SUP which is another must-do activity while you’re there!

The property was just a stones throw away from the beaches, Tomaree Mountain and local eateries. The apartment itself was freshly furnished and had all the amenities and luxuries you’d want and more!

We’ll definitely be back for another visit and would totally recommend a getaway here for anyone looking to get some much needed R&R and enjoy some fun in the sun!

Although no WiFi as the add suggested, the unit was clean and comfortable with a large outdoor courtyard on the bottom floor to our apartment.

The unit we stayed in was clean
Sighted one cockroach in the night.
There were no blankets only summer thin ones for middle of the winter.
The shower glass screen leaked water was not closing well

A run down version of the web pics. Our apartment was not clean, sand in the beds, obviously unchanged sheets and a filthy shower. We were completely disappointed. Not worth the money spent
