Abstobys Retreat

Great place for overnight camp or couple days, quiet, relaxing. Mozzies can be controlled, toilet and shower, camp kitchen, short drive to places of interest. We stayed two nights with our dog, fishing at Creek. Louise was awesome.

Louise is a wonderful and very hospitable host. What I liked the most was that there are 2 campfire sites. There is a small pond nearby, so bring mosquito repellant. Camp-site is tiny and cosy. There are hot shower, covered kitchen with camp-fire and opportunity to charge our self phones, and portative toilet. Shark and ray rescue just in 15 minutes walk with children. 15 minutes drive to the dunes. We stayed with children. Recommend.

Love this place. The winds are howling but we could shelter here. Fabulous host and such a pretty place by the water.

Louise nous a accueilli les bras ouverts, l’emplacement est très beau et bien entretenu. Vous aurez un accès à l’eau et l’électricité pour 30$ par nuit. Les toilettes et la douche sont simples mais suffisent amplement. Je recommande cet endroit un peu isolé et plein de tranquillité.

Un petit coin de paradis très calme avec une hôte très accueillante.

A very 'simple' camparea. We stayed a single night. Was greeted with open arms and we felt quite welcome. Toilet and shower is in the same booth. Which probably is alright when theres not that many guests.

Nice spot. Pity it rained and was windy. Nice and quiet. Access road needs repair but is better from the school end.
